IDP: AI-Native Product Engineering (Full Stack & AI)
Company: Arcadia Network is an HR-tech startup turning open-source data into actionable talent intelligence. We build AI-driven systems to help companies find and match top executive talent.
The Tasks: We are recruiting for two technical tracks:
- Track 1 (AI-Native Product Engineering): Build the "interface of intelligence." Develop real-time, streaming UIs (React/Next.js) and orchestrate AI agent workflows (Node.js/Python).
- Track 2 (AI Engineering): Evolve our matchmaking logic. Use NLP, Vector Embeddings, and LLMs to build a production-grade recommendation engine that directly impacts conversion rates.
