IDP: Full-Stack Engineer – Build the AI Operating System for Healthcare

KlaroCare is building the AI Operating System for modern care facilities. We develop AI-powered talk-to-document intelligence that transforms real nurse–patient conversations into compliant, structured care documentation. We work directly with care facilities to reduce documentation burden and give nurses more time for actual care.
Project Tasks:
Depending on your strengths, you may work on one or multiple system layers:
- Process nurse–patient conversations using state-of-the-art speech-to-text models
- Orchestrate LLM pipelines to generate compliant and structured care documentation
- Contribute to building a digital nurse assistant embedded in the Care OS
- Design and implement clean, accessible interfaces (Next.js / TypeScript / Figma)
- Ensure reliable deployment via GitHub Actions & Coolify
- Maintain scalable backend services (Python / FastAPI)
Starting Date: Immediately or upon agreement (Latest April 2026)
