Company Summary: Meda is an AI-first healthtech startup founded by three TUM alumni (Informatics, Medicine, Management). We build AI-powered clinical documentation and billing optimization for German general practitioners. Real deployment at scale: Avi Medical (25 clinic locations), private practices, and MVZs across Germany. We're in the growth stage with 100% month-over-month growth.
Tracks:
Track 1: Marketing & Content Strategy Tasks:
- Create customer case studies by interviewing doctors and writing success stories
- Develop LinkedIn content strategy (3-4 posts weekly) for B2B healthcare audience
- Build email campaigns for trial user nurture sequences and feature announcements
- Optimize website for German healthcare search terms (GEO strategy)
- Develop sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, conference materials)
Track 2: Sales, Go-to-Market & Partnerships Tasks:
- Execute outbound sales campaigns to German GP practices
- Conduct 15-20 product demos per month with German doctors
- Close deals and manage full sales cycle from trial to paying customer
- Build partnerships with PVS vendors (practice management software companies)
- Track pipeline in CRM and optimize sales funnel conversion rates
Track 3: Financial Planning & Investor Relations Tasks:
- Build 3-year financial model with scenario planning and unit economics analysis
- Research 50+ healthcare-focused VCs and map warm introduction paths
- Support seed fundraising round (pitch deck, valuation analysis, investor meetings)
- Develop cap table scenarios and dilution modeling
- Create investor CRM and track fundraising pipeline
