Rossella Rocchino is a Doctoral Candidate at the TUM School of Management and a Research Assistant at the Chair of Corporate Sustainability.

In her research, she focuses on Community Enterprises (CEs), which are enterprises collectively owned and managed by a spatially defined community, with the intent of pursuing multiple goals by bringing long-term benefits to the local community, and not only to their members. She is currently focusing on governance in CEs, which refers to the mechanisms that define the participatory rights and responsibilities assigned to CE’s members and that guide interactions within the organization.

Moreover, she has been working for the Chair of Corporate Sustainability since June 2021. She teaches the Master’s Seminar “Sustainable Entrepreneurship-Getting Started”, and the Bachelor Course Corporate Sustainability.

She is responsible to write the PRME Report 2021-22 for the TUM SOM Principles for Responsible Management Education, a United Nations initiative: www.unprme.org). She coordinates Project Studies on sustainability-related topics. 

She supervises students’ thesis focused on Community Entrepreneurship.
