In the beginning of the 21st century qualitative research has become an established method of inquiry in human and social sciences (besides quantitative research). The course is specifically designed for the students of the Master Consumer Affairs (MCA).
Prof. Dr. Frank-Martin Belz and Dr. Roxana Codita introduce to the main objectives, different designs and multiple methods of qualitative research, including interviews, focus groups, and observations.
