Platform providers seek to maximize platform attractivity for producers of complementary assets (Apps).The modular structure and management of intellectual property (IP) is a key lever to promote technology platforms.
The core research question of the thesis will be: What is the optimal modular structure in terms of IP to make a platform attractive?
