Research Interests
The introduction of artificial intelligence presents complex challenges for organizations. Not only will AI affect business- and operating models, but organizations may also struggle with the process of integration in the first place. Using a perspective largely based on the behavioral theory of the firm, my research focuses on key issues around AI introduction and -use: The role of strategic leaders, changes in organizational structures and power dynamics, organizational characteristics enabling succesful long-term AI integration, and the role of humans and AI in future innovation.
