In a national campaign week, the Association of German Patent Information Centers (Arbeitsgemeinschaft Deutscher Patentinformationszentren e.V. - PIZnet) is offering free advice on dealing with industrial property rights. From  18 to 24 September 2023, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), start-ups and founding teams will learn how they can use patents, utility models, trademarks, designs and copyrights economically for themselves. The orientation consultations (no legal advice) will occur at 16 German  patent information centers. The concept of the action week was developed by the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA) together with PIZnet and has already taken place in the past six years with great resonance. You can find more information here.

Thanks to publisher C. H. Beck and to Prof. Lena Maute, who took over two important chapters of the book’s 44 paragraphs.
