This master thesis will support Viridys, an agri-biotech startup developing biosensors for early crop disease detection, by identifying high-value customer segments and crafting a go-to-market strategy for indoor farming and postharvest settings. The work will include stakeholder interviews, market research, and strategic recommendations to inform pilot deployments and commercial launch planning.
