Tasks
• Analyse current HR workflows regarding ad creation and management
• Define system requirements for the HR Ad Management Platform
• Design user flows, data structure and technical architecture
• Build a functional prototype for ad creation, editing, preview and publishing
• Implement core backend functionalities
• Conduct usability tests with pilot partners and document feedback
• Provide strategic recommendations for scaling, pricing and integration with the Bloom Future dashboard
