demi Technologies, a Munich-based AI startup from the TUM ecosystem. Our mission: to build the first AI Commercial Operating System for industrial SMEs – a platform that automates marketing, sales, and strategic operations through artificial intelligence.
We’re funded, and currently transitioning from co-development into a scalable SaaS product. Our technology is already used by leading mid-sized companies in the machinery and process industry – and now we’re preparing for commercial scale-up.
Tasks:
- Identify potential target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities
- Support customer sourcing: build and qualify leads, assist first customer interactions, and prepare commercial materials (e.g. pitch decks, one-pagers)
- Contribute to commercial operations: project coordination, support for partner activities, and workflow automation (e.g. via tools such as Zapier)
- Work on strategic projects such as pricing, market positioning, and go-to-market concepts
- Support internal enablement: investor documents, sales decks, and operational playbooks
Begin: From January 2026, flexible start
Duration: 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time
