Lehmann Ventures is the specialized partner for venture-capital-backed tech startups (including Y Combinator alumni such as Gitpod and Voize) for securing the German R&D tax allowance. We operate at the intersection of software and government funding. Our proprietary platform “Zeitmaker” enables startups to unlock millions in funding and supports our shift from a consulting model to a software-driven process.
Tasks:
• Analyze R&D projects (Deep Tech, AI, SaaS) and prepare data for audit-proof funding submissions
• Identify bottlenecks in operational processes and propose improvements
• Support workflow automation using our internal software (“Zeitmaker”)
• Ensure complete documentation (timesheets, contracts) and high-quality project delivery
Begin: Immediately (ASAP).
Duration: 15–20h/week, remote & flexible; Munich is a plus. (Project Study: typically 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time)
