Are you passionate about shaping the future of academic education? Do you want to advance innovative, interdisciplinary learning and coordinate a strategic initiative that empowers students to design their own entrepreneurial learning journeys at one of Europe’s leading universities?
We are seeking a motivated scientific employee (wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter, m/w/d) for a 50% part-time position (20 hours/ week) to join the Chair of Entrepreneurial Education (Prof. Dr. Anne Tryba) at the TUM's Entrepreneurship Research Institute. The position is offered under the public sector pay scale (TV-L E13; 50%) and is ideally combined with pursuing a PhD at the Chair. The Chair’s research focuses on entrepreneurial learning and teaching. We maintain close ties to TUM’s vibrant entrepreneurship ecosystem, including UnternehmerTUM and TUM Venture Labs.
The position is embedded in the TUM Learning Pathways (LEAP) project, a university-wide transformation project funded by the Stiftung Innovation in der Hochschullehre. LEAP aims to develop personalized learning paths that prepare students for a dynamic and complex professional world. In this role, you will coordinate the Entrepreneurship Focus Area — a cluster of innovative teaching formats designed to equip students with entrepreneurial competencies for the future.
