The TUM Entrepreneurship Research Institute (ERI) is home to various chairs, such as Professorship “Innovation and Organization Design”, Professorship “Entrepreneurial Behavior”, Professorship “International Entrepreneurship”, Chair of Entrepreneurship, Professorship “Entrepreneurship Practice” and Professorship “Entrepreneurial Education”. Established in 2012, TUM ERI is one of the leading institutes dedicated to entrepreneurial research in Europe. At the institute four professors and more than 20 academics at post-doctoral and doctoral levels take an interdisciplinary approach to study entrepreneurship, covering all aspects of the entrepreneurial journey. Our goal is to improve our understanding of entrepreneurial individuals and organizations.
Milena Barg of the the Institute of Entrepreneurship, working with Prof. Dr. Nicola Breugst and colleagues is spearheading and supervising this research. Her research interest and focus lie within leadership and team collaboration in the start-up domain. Find more info and Milena's CV here
